Refiloe Mogale is an Attorney, duly admitted in the High Court of South Africa, entrepreneur and serves on the Boards of Companies in a non-executive capacity. She has a B Com Law degree with a strong accounting and tax bias. Refiloe obtained her LLB Degree from the University of South Africa. Besides being Senior Partner of R. Mogale & Associates Incorporated, she is founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Little Peoples Company, an early learning centre specializing in providing corporate solutions to the employees of large corporates in South Africa. Refiloe brings high energy, steely determination and a world class legal mind to bear in fashioning solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges. Her expertise in accounting and taxation places in an ideal position to do so. During her studies, Refiloe also gained experience as a Company Secretary and an Industrial Relations Officer.
An avid sports person, Refiloe plays indoor netball at provincial level.
